How do i copy a whole year including all info, Bus stops, time, and route address into the new period?

1. choose location and previous period (period where you're copying from)
2. select the old period, new period and bus routes you want to copy
3. select current location only will copy routes from location selected on top, if you select all locations it will copy from all locations this is only needed if you have bus routes setup different for different locations (common by bigger schools)  read more here
4. copy route and buses, at this point if your primary classes stayed the same as last year continue to the next step otherwise load the route setup for the new year and add the new primary classes
