Separate date created for father and separate for mother

We open accounts for all graduated girls, but when making queries of accounts created before or after a specific date its relevant the date when the father was added to the account

Currently the date is only when the account is created. Why don't you add to additional info the dates?

Besides the fact that an automatic system is more insured that it will be entered

But mainly, at additional info it will be simply text and not have a date value to be used at a query before and after specific dates

In Additional Info you can search by date and enter as date. Look under query on the bottom of the additional info you can enter Date Value from and to.
