Emailing mass statements takes too long

Question

Emailing mass statements takes Approximately 5 minutes for each statement to be created and sent

So it’s not possible that all statements should get sent within working hours and at night the program gets closed and not all statements are sent and there isn’t even a way to query which accounts got sent their statement

We we find this very slow, I don't think it's 5 minutes each.  The same problem is with emailing receipts, which in Canada is a must, and saves us all the postage, but it also takes forever to complete.

Any fix for both would we welcomed.

It depends alot on your computer, network, internet speed and statement type. In our tests it takes around 12 seconds each.

right when we email one statement it take seconds but when making the mass email then is the problem

Correct. When sending mass it needs to regenerate the statement for each email. So if creating your statements take 5 minutes, each email will take 5 minutes.
