how long do mass emails take to send

There is no delay on our end. It all depends on your system that sends the email.

yes we've sent many and plan on doing so many times in the future. steps we take are: get the list from jl. click send to Outlook button. and then send emails from outlook. so does this in reality mean that once i see it in the sent items, did it sned to all at the same time?

So outlook sends it. So it all depends on the speed of outlook. (Certain outlook setting will have a security prompt for each email.) So mass emails would be faster if you do not sent with outlook.

ok but we bring to outlook so we can add in more contacts. but regardless, how do we track when it has completely been sent?

If outlook sends it we have no clue, As we only send it to outlook.
