Tuition Collections current period vs same time prior period

Question

How can we run a report to see what the balances were at any given time in the past. If we want to analyze how tuition collections are doing vs same period of prior year or after a re-registration campaign etc. it would be very helpful to be able to know what the balance was at a certain time.

This is for the tuition software as we don't have the fundraising program.

Most Current Balance report have an option of entering a to date and it will show the balance as of that date. If yours doesn't, call to support so they can give you the standard report back.

the To date only shows the balance of charges up until the TO date, if any payemnts were made after the TO date, it deducts it, so it is not a true representaion of the balance at that point in time.

So ask for the standard version. That one does not deduct.
