Require subject in email form

Improve the outgoing email process with a subject line check.

Before an email is sent, verify that the subject field is populated.

If it's empty, either block the sending of the email and prompt the user to add a subject or, at least, display a warning message asking the user if they are sure they want to send the email without a subject.
