When I enter a pledge and check the HOLD box - will the pledge statement print out when printing out all outstanding pledges?

Depends if your statement has an option of not printing HOLD. HOLD is still included in almost all reports as part of the income of that campaign. If a person does not want to pay or is disputing the charge its best to also change the amount to zero and include a note with amount and dispute.
