A few questions on entering ads for the journal.

1. what is the best way to put in a group ad (shul, block, colony, siblings...)? we need them each to be charged their share - do we have to open each account or is there a quick way to link them? If we are entering into each account separately, do you have to enter the text with each one?

2. How can we enter multiple ads for one payment - say someone gives a $10000 check and wants four separate ads - we do not want a bunch of zero charges in the pledges. Is there a way to attach a payment to the ad?

Such question are best to be called in and discussed with support what would be the best way forward for your situation.

 

1) To charge multiple people and send keep bills to each of them you would nee d to go in to each account and enter a charge for the amount they will be paying. The actual page you only need to enter by one person,

2) You can have journal Pages not create charges and then you would keep track of the charges separate or the pages. But in this case you might have people charged that you forget to give them a page, or people that you gave a page but forgot to charge,
