Beginning balance, all charges, all payments and the ending balance.

Our accountant is asking for a report from 7/1/14 - 6/30/15 for all parents, the beginning balance, all charges, all payments and the ending balance. where can i see this report?

If there is no report in the drop down can we have this report in the drop down, because we use this report many times during the year (with an option to put in starting and ending days).

There is such a report Financial By Period. If you dont have it yet ask your administrator, If you are the administrator open a report request ticket and it will be added to your reports.

We are aware of this report " Financial by Period", and this is what the accountant requests, beside this report they want a different report what we are asking for. (A simple report - the beginning balance, all charges, all payments and the ending balance - Begining balance + Charges - Credits - payments = Current Balance.

In the fundraising program you have a similar report "Current Balance", but it's not the same.

Just export to excel and you can keep which columns you want. Use Export to Excel report layout.
