past bus changes should be stored in the data base

Question

the bus changes from the past with all info, like telepone addresss and alternate info. like neighbors tel., should be saved as a drop down menu for address collum in bus changes

it would help if i can just highlight copy past the info from the line of one kid to the next with all the info.

pls let me know when it was done

That's exactly the way it is. If this student went already to that address it will show the address in the drop down.

There is no option to copy and paste a whole row.

If its not to important for you to keep track on how many times the child had this change you can just hit the box "Include old bus changes" find this change and put the current date and your done.

To make it easier you can go into the child's account under CHILDREN, BUS ROUTES , CHANGES with "Include old bus changes" you can change the date there too!
