payments get applied to both registration and tuition, even though I put in tuition in the charge type.

Question

When putting in post-dated payments, the payments get applied to both registration and tuition, even though I put in tuition in the charge type. I would like the payments to post only to tuition without having to go in to each one and reapply it.
