please add to payment screen the option to hold a payment it should not come up in a deposit even after check date

When will it come up? Why not just move up the check date each time he tells you a new date. If you just put on hold there is no check later for when to deposit it.

he gave monthly head checks for the entire year. he is going through a hard time and doesnt know  when any of the checks will be good. now every time i make a deposit those checks come up. thats why i asked for a hold option.

In order for it not to stay for always without any reminder its best to just move over the date until a time that you believe it will be good, or when you will follow up next.
