Enter it with the format. For example (972) 4533-4543

Only in fundraising does it allow entering foreign numbers. Tuition parent do live in the USA. If entered in Fundraising it will display correctly when pulled up in Tuition.

Correct. We do want to allow power users the option of entering. But we had to block it in tuition because to many mistakes where entered.

Good
The main problem happens when you open a new account and I see that there it still not blocked, can you block it there too?

We try to maintain a balance between locking and not locking. (Read your two request above and you will see they contradict each other).
New accounts should only be allowed to power users. Most users should not be allowed to enter new accounts because they will create duplicates etc etc.
Good info on entry is the key to correct data.

The best would be that the system should recognize when a number is more than 10 digits and it should automatically format to the correct way, or at least to be able to add it manually but if you feel that our system is also used by non-power users and you need to lock some features because that, if so it would be great if its locked when opening a new account.
Is there user rights for opening an account?

There is no auto format as different countries have different number schemes.
