can we have a merge field for "Mr & Mrs" ?

currently there is only title combined that looks like Mr & Mrs. Llobe (that includes a last name)

if its not posible in the mail merge screen , then can you make it be seen only when you get the export in excel ?

Not from mail merge. You can request a report. But still cant see for what reason you would need exported mr and mrs seperate. You can also split it in excel.
