You can now upload your complete active list to vaad.
First make a query of all active accounts in one time and load the accounts in mail merge. Then choose option send to vaad – all active.
You can also upload new children
First make a query of all new children in one time and load the accounts in mail merge. Then choose option send to vaad – Set Vaad New Child.
Please test with vaad the first time its done.

We have also added a nightly update that will send the new phone numbers and addresses to the vaad.
In addition you can also have the vaad receive attachments that are sent nightly. (Support would need to setup what attachments should be sent)
