is their user rights on note category’s in the note tab ?

like i have a daycamp note and dont want the daycamp secretery to see school contract notes

but would like her to see scholarship notes etc.

we would also want that certain users should be able to view notes but not delete, sometimes notes are deleted in error, this was requested a while ago.

No there isn't. I will move it to feature requests and if it will get enough votes we might get development to add it.
