Is there a way to automatically flag all families that all children are up to date with immunizations?

We want to send out registration cards for all Families that are registered, but only those who's children are up to date with shots. If we can filter it with a flag of fully immunized it would make it a lot easier.

Why do you need a flag. Just filter for immunization complete.
