We use USA EPay an online gateway to process the CC. We usually take care of the PCI compliance for customers using our Merchant Service. Have your Merchant Service provider take care.

please call your CC company (you'll find the phone# on the letter you received.) before wasting your time on completing that lengthy survey. I already completed the entire thing, failed and then my CC company (in my case HiTech) said that if we use JL, then we are compliant and they just get you a compliance certificate with the click of a button.

It depends on the processor you use and which PCI compliance company they use. By everyone it is different.
