Can I change the address for bus route only. It should always come up in future routes too ?

If someone lives in a dead end, or anywhere that they would always get a corner stop. I have to change it under Route Address on each route. Can we enter that info so it should come up automatically by each route ?

Yes. You can enter and address that has the type called Trans. It will use that address for all children all routes.

You can just type it in. If you want you can add it to dropdown in admin.

Did that. Refreshed. Still showing only home address.

It will not change existing route. Only new routes created. If you delete the address by the route it will reload the new address.
