Query payments filter to include future cc as payment

Question

At the query in the "payments" if i select "Members selection" there is a check box to include "future cc as payment", but when i select the option "Payments Selection" there is no such a Check box, and it would be very helpful if you add it.

Also it would be a good option to add there a query filter for "Add Date"

If you would understand the difference between member selection and payment selection you would not ask this question.

Basically payment selection means that we are filtering directly a list of payments. So let's say Amount > 10000. If its a member selection it shows accounts that have a payment record greater than 10000. If its a payment selection we filter the list of payments to only show you payments greater than 10000. So how can we add something like future cc which is not in the payment record.
